Hey, hey, hey.
A mighty big thank you for downloading your free copy of Combat Conditioning.
Now let me tell ya, it’s been a thrilling couple of days reading all your testimonials and hearing from so many of you that bought the book when it first hit the streets in February of 2000.
One proud owner of a signed copy (from that very month) posted a picture of his autographed book on the Matt Furey Combat Conditioning+ Facebook group – which I encourage all of you to join. How cool is that?
You’ll see more evidence of what I’m currently doing with Combat Conditioning and much more when you follow me on Instagram – @mattfureysays – as well as become part of my private Facebook group – Matt Furey Combat Conditioning+.
Also, for more in depth explanation of what I’ve done to turn back the clock, I encourage you to become part of the Matt Furey Inner Circle.
I’m going to be putting up a lot of content about what I’ve been doing over the past few months and the incredible results I’ve gotten.
Now hear this:
In 11 days, I’ll be celebrating my 21st anniversary for weighing in at the World Shuaijiao Kung Fu title in Beijing, China. Yes, I did win the title a few days later, but the first step was making weight – which was 90 kg or 198 pounds.
I had to drop 30 pounds in six weeks to make the weight at that time – and I not only dropped the weight, but increased my strength and stamina while getting lean.
Well, guess what?
My plan is to weigh in on December 25, here at my home in Tampa, and be at the same 90 kg again.
This is no easy feat as I weighed 220 pounds when I took all the photos for Combat Conditioning – and the waterfall cover picture was taken a week after I won the title – when I weighed approximately 207 pounds.
So, I’m thinking you might want to know what the hell I’m doing to get down to a fighting weight I haven’t seen in 21 years, eh? At 55 years young, no less.
Yes, I’m pumped about this.
And that’s why I’m back to saying… let’s…
Kick ass – take names,
Matt Furey
