I’m here in Vancouver, Canada. Been here since Friday, attending a private MasterMind session as well as meandering around town eating great Thai and Mediterranean dishes.
The food here is fantastic – and believe it or don’t – it’s hard to spot any fat people.
Go into a restaurant or bar here in Canada’s Pacific North West and you’ll have a difficult time finding an obese or morbidly obese person. And if you do, he or she is probably from the U.S. or some other ever-fattening country.
Last night I ate at a steakhouse called “The Keg” and when the waiter approached I said, “Could you please tell me where all the fat women are in Vancouver? I can’t seem to find them anywhere?”
He laughed and said, “I don’t have any idea.”
Now, you might think it’s the Vancouver diet that keeps the Canadians so much leaner than Americans – but that would only be part of the answer.
Fact is they MOVE. They walk, run, rollerblade and practice martial arts. And yes, there are a lot who do Combat Conditioning and Combat Abs.
The truth is you can keep yourself fit and trim if you make a vow to keep moving. And if you’re out of shape, you can make tremendous progress if you’ll begin moving your body through time and space.
