When I was in my 20’s, I learned a series of joint loosening exercises.
I did them initially as part of a tai chi class. At the time these exercises seemed somewhat rinky-dink.
But I found them to be the perfect set of starter exercises for men and women who were coming to me for personal fitness sessions.
The exercises didn’t just loosen the jointes – they also cleared the mind of useless chatter and clutter.
During my annual trips to China, seeing people in the parks loosening their joints is the norm.
Yet, it’s barely done here in the U.S.
Too many people are paying a very hefty price for neglecting their joints in favor of their muscles.
