Last night I put a short video up that shows me introducing Hindu squats (in Chinese).
Quite a few people commented about the technique – how it is either different from what they were doing – or how it appears different from what they think they remember me doing on the original Combat Conditioning DVDs.
Truth is I have a number of variations of Hindu squats, in terms of speed.
Plus, I have improved the technique, both externally and internally.
I’ve improved my explanation and execution of the exercise, including the breathing, the alignment of the body, what you focus on… and much more.
I’ll be going into illustrious detail on these key points with fresh videos on the Furey Faithful member’s site.
