Over the past couple weeks I’ve been blitzing some of my fat friends, calling them names and hurting their feelings.
But it was well worth it because every last one of them now has his “game face” on and is kicking ass, the old-fashioned way.
One is down more than 20 pounds already. Another just sent me photos of his flabby body along with a picture of himself on the scale – a good 30 pounds over his ideal. He’s ON IT and changing his life for the better.
These people are getting leaner over the Christmas holidays whereas almost everyone else is gaining weight and lying around lazy as hell.
Then, when the New Year arrives, a so-called New Year’s resolution is supposed to come to their rescue.
Personally, I went on a mission this month, dropping my weight to the same as it was when I weighed in for the world Kung Fu championships in Beijing, China, 21 years ago.
Yesterday, I weighed in at 197.4 pounds. Keep in mind I was 220 when I shot the cover for Combat Conditioning, so we are truly talking about kicking ass.
And I intend to continue onward, demonstrating to my followers the true secrets of leanness.
