What the fudge are you talking about?
Is this some kind of joke?
Anyone can lose one pound in one year. It’s hardly something to brag about.
I’m aware that anyone can lose one pound in a year – but ask yourself, of all the people who started 2017 with a goal to lose X number of pounds, how many are actually one pound lighter today than they were a year ago?
I’ve worked with plenty of men and women who’ve dropped boatloads of weight, so I can tell you that they key is focusing on
getting the excess off, one pound at a time.
Not 20 pounds, or 50, or 100, or 150, or 200.
Or more.
Yes, it’s true.
There are so many people in the world today who could easily drop 100 pounds. Many don’t even bother to get started due
to the fact that they’re looking at the entire ball of wax being gone at once.
It’s too big a thought for them.
Start with one pound.
Prove to me that you can shed one measly pound, then prove it again and again and again.
One pound at a time, baby, all the way to a new body.
I am saying to ONLY drop one pound this year?
No.
I’m saying to drop one pound in whatever time frame seems reasonable to you. That may be a week, or a month – or a day.
Focus on a small job – one pound.
When the one pound is off, you have built confidence and momentum. Now go for one more pound.
How hard is that?
One tiny adjustment in your activity or eating can accomplish this goal.
Let me know when you’re ready to begin.
