Surprise me not.
LeBron James does it again – leaving Clevelanders high and dry.
You really can’t blame James for exiting for Los Angeles to play with the Lakers. On paper, it appears to be a better fit for winning an NBA title – but I’m more than a bit doubtful.
I predict the Lakers will win no more than one title with LeBron, mostly due to a potential world class feud that may already be
brewing in the San Andreas Fault lines.
And even if there ends up being no feud, I don’t believe LeBron’s body will be able to go four more years at full throttle.
Now, you might wonder: Would LeBron’s body hold up longer if he was using Combat Conditioning?
Tis a grand question because the bodyweight exercises in the program are specifically designed to maximize your potential.
Sports such as basketball are more than endurance tests.
They involve strength-endurance. How long can you go, go, go.
Over the past year there was some criticism of the super slow pace LeBron maintained during a game.
James scoffed at the speculation – yet, it may be a factor that is hard for him to acknowledge, especially when his overall production was UP.
One thing is for certain, there is only one LeBron James, and what regime he will benefit from most is hard to say.
But when it comes to the majority of human beings in society today, the exercises in my international best-seller, Combat Conditioning, are perfect for helping you double, if not triple your strength, endurance and flexibility.
