Yesterday I was thinking about an animal that truly typifies what real fat burning is all about.
It’s not the cow, the pig, the goat or the horse we think of when we think of burning fat at lightning speed, even though, all these animals are metabolic marvels as well.
Personally, I think the sleekest and most striking example of fat burning in action – as well as in rest, is the cheetah.
The cheetah isn’t known for marathon training sessions. Just one really quick burst each day – at speeds up to 70 mph. Afterward, our cheetah friend gorges himself on raw meat, then takes a rest.
In fact, although our cheetah sleeps 12.1 hours per day, he’s still at rest most of the time in between kills.
The cheetah’s workout isn’t something you can realistically follow. None of us go out into the wild and run for our daily bread.
But there’s much we CAN learn from the cheetah – and implement immediately. If you’ll do what I’ve uncovered, the results you’ll get will stagger your neighbors. Each day when you look into the mirror, each day while putting on your clothes, you’ll see and feel the changes taking place in your body.
One thing is for sure, when you think of fat burning, you probably don’t think of a bunny rabbit hopping along all day long.
