One of my least favorite words in the whacky whirld of copywriting is “HACK.”
When I see that word in someone’s copy, especially in the headline, I’m done reading.
I have zero interest in hacks, crack, schmacks or jumping jacks.
Sure, there are some who think it’s a great word.
I disagree.
It lets everyone know what you are – which is another way the four-letter word is used to describe a journalist who writes and/or spews bullcrap for the unenlightened masses – or someone with something stuck in the back of his or her throat that needs to be expelled.

Keep in mind one of the fundamental teachings of el Furecat… “use your words to paint pictures in peoples’ minds.”

What are those words?
You’ll discover them in droves when you’re listening to and taking notes on my Email Copywriting Methods and Formulas.
