Hey, hey, hey. Today’s message of inspiration comes from a man who was heavy most of his life. There is a downside to his story – so if any of you have good advice I can pass onto him, please do so:
“I have lost 84 lbs and am down to 17% body fat with your program. I am 50 yrs old and have mostly been on the heavy side most of my life. I have been at my target weight for 8 months and am working out 5 days a week.
My new problem is that I have lots of loose skin and still look fat in the mid section.
What suggestions do you have for me and my loose skin. Is there any hope that it will eventually go away. Would love your input.”

The frustration you feel about the loose skin is understandable. As of now I don’t have a great answer for you about this issue as it’s not my area of expertise, but I’m willing to bet that with this email, there will be some suggestions that we can forward on to you.
